IMPORTANT NOTICE UPDATE COVID-19 (TEMPORARY) BY-LAW

 

Dear Members and Guests,
 

The COVID-19 pandemic in Australia is an ever-evolving situation, and it is necessary for the Club to adapt to current circumstances to ensure the health and safety of its staff, patrons, members, and any other third parties who visit or have dealings with the Club.

 

Our number one priority and commitment has always been the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff. As such, the Club has made the decision to introduce a temporary ByLaw to continue maintaining the current mandatory COVID-19 vaccination entry requirements for all staff, contractors, and patrons over the age of 16.

 

This temporary By-Law will be implemented until further notice, and during this time the following restrictions will continue to apply.

• Patrons are required to be fully vaccinated to enter Club premises and need to be able to produce their vaccination certificate or certified medical contraindication to gain access to the Club

• Patrons are required to check in with the Service NSW QR code for tracing purposes.

• Patron are required to sign into the ClubNet system as per Clubs NSW

 

If circumstances change before, due to the ever-evolving nature of the pandemic, the Club may revise this By-Law, at any stage.

Since reopening, our number one priority and commitment has always been the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff. The NSW Government has issued a Health Order which legislates access to the Club and will result in additional entry check-in requirements.

CLUB SIGN IN

 

In addition to the above Government-mandated entry conditions, all members and guests will be required to sign into the Club as per the Registered Clubs Act.
